Shipping Policy

1. Processing and Shipping Timeframes

• Processing time:

  All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Potential delays:

  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping

• Shipping methods:

  We offer the following shipping options within Australia through Australia Post:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5 to 7 business days.  

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days depending on Australia Post Express Post timeframes to Australian destinations.

     

    ​​Shipping costs:

    • Standard shipping costs - flat rate shipping of $9.95.

    • Express shipping costs - flat rate $19.95.​​

    • Free standard shipping is available for orders over $150.00

3. International Shipping 

• Shipping availability:  We currently do not ship internationally.

4. Order Issues and Policies

• Lost or damaged orders:

  If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@mandlluxury.com.au within 24 hours.

• For lost items, we will contact Australia Post to attempt locate your item.  If it is confirmed as lost by Australia Post, we will either replace or offer a refund of the purchase price, depending on product availability.

  If your item is damaged, please send photos of the damaged item to info@mandlluxury.com.au.  If agreed the damage occurred in transit, we will pay for return postage through Australia Post.  Once the item is received by M and L Luxury we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

• Cancellations:

  You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been processed. Please contact us at info@mandlluxury.com.au with your order number.
